  • Limited LP Equity: We also have LP ownership interest in over 30 parks with 5,000 sites. As minority limited partners with various operators around the US.
  • Preferred Equity/Mezzanine Debt: We provide term preferred equity and bridge mezzanine debt on manufactured housing communities.

In addition to originating more than $10 billion dollars in manufactured housing loans since 1983, the principals at Onyx Capital are experienced owners of several manufactured housing communities. We understand the manufactured housing community business from both a landlord and lender viewpoint.
